Standard production time is 7–12 business days after your proof is approved. Rush orders are available for an additional fee and can reduce production time to 3–5 business days. Shipping time varies by location — most USA orders arrive within 2–4 business days after shipping.

Vector files work best — AI, EPS, or PDF formats. If you only have a JPG or PNG, send it over and our team will assess whether it can be used or will need recreation. We'll let you know before charging anything.

Yes. Logo digitizing — the process of converting your artwork into an embroidery-readable file — is included at no extra cost with your order. You do not pay a separate setup fee.

Yes. We can produce a single sample hat so you can check the fit, feel, and print or embroidery quality before placing a large order. Sample turnaround is the same as standard production. Sample cost is standard single-unit pricing.

An embroidered hat has your design stitched directly into the hat fabric using thread. A leather patch hat features your logo engraved or debossed onto a piece of genuine or faux leather that is then attached to the hat. Leather patch hats have a more premium, handcrafted look and are especially popular for outdoor brands, breweries, and ranches.

We stand behind our work. If there is a production error on our end — a mistake in the embroidery, a wrong color, or a defect — we will reprint or replace the affected hats at no charge. We send a proof before production specifically to catch any issues early. Once a proof is approved, we produce exactly what was shown.
