Up to 8–10 thread colors can typically be used in a single embroidery design, though most logos look best in 1–4 colors. More colors can add cost per unit. If your design is heavily multi-color, printing may be a better and more cost-effective option.
Yes. You can split your order across multiple base colors — for example, 25 black hats and 25 navy hats with the same embroidered logo. Just tell us the split when you request a quote.
Most adjustable dad hats with a strap closure fit a wide range of adult head sizes. If you need youth sizing, let us know — it's available on select styles. Fitted dad hats (without a closure) are not common, but if that's what you need, contact us and we'll see what we can do.
Standard production time is 7–12 business days after you approve your proof. Rush orders are available and can reduce this to 3–5 business days. After shipment, most USA addresses receive within 2–4 business days.
